No, no one needs to be at the home during the installation. All work is done from the outside so no access is needed.

It depends on the size of the home. For the most part, it takes one to two days. But extensive wood replacement will add extra days to the install.

Yes. If we install a full roofing system from a referral, we send them a $100 Home Depot gift card.

Yes. We offer class IV shingles in our best system that has discounts through homeowners insurance. Also, adding attic insulation has rebates through Consumers Energy.

Yes, we install all Velux skylights including special order sizes.

We install all asphalt shingles. We are certified through CertainTeed so we can provide extended warranties through that manufacturer.

We typically have the shingles delivered the week before the job unless it’s a rush job then we have them delivered the morning of the job.

There are extended warranties for up to 50 years on material but if you’re planning on selling, we offer a basic system to keep the cost down.

We offer three different types of roofing systems (Good, Better, and the Best). The Good and Better have the industry standard warranty, which is 8 to 10 years on the Labor through BCM Roofing and 10 years on the Material then it prorated (meaning after the 10 years they take a little bit off the material cost each year). With our Best system, we offer the CertainTeed 5 Star warranty which is 25 years on the Labor directly through CertainTeed and 50 years on the Material.
